COUNTY OF HAWAi~sU,~`~`TATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 131 <br /> (Draft 2) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-114 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br /> CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-3a) TO <br /> RESIDENTIAL AND AGRICULTURAL (RA-.5a) AT PANAEWA, WAIAKEA, SOUTH <br /> HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-52:1. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-114, Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning <br /> Code) of the Hawaii County Code, is amended to change the <br /> district classification of properties described hereinafter as <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area <br /> situated at Panaewa, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be <br /> Residential and Agricultural (RA-.Sa): <br /> Beginning at a 1-inch pipe at the northwest corner of this <br /> lot, the northeast corner of Lot 57 of Panaewa House Lots and <br /> on the south side of Government Road (50.00 feet wide), the <br /> coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government <br /> Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI", being 17,684.82 feet <br /> south and 14,201.89 feet east, as shown on Government Survey <br /> Registered Map H.T.S. Plat 922, thence running by azimuths <br /> measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 251° 00' 171.24 feet along the south side of <br /> Government Road (50.00 feet <br /> wide); <br /> 2. Thence along the south side of Government Road <br /> (50.00 feet wide), on a curve <br /> to the right having a radius <br /> of 50.00 feet, the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br /> 296° 00' 70.71 feet; <br /> <br />
