COUNTY OF HAWAII; <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE; OF, FTAWA.1 I <br />BILL NO. 21 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-3 (NORTH KONA ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br />CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL 1 -ACRE (A - la) <br />TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL— 15,000 SQUARE FEET (RS -15) AT KEALAKEHE <br />HOMESTEAD LOTS, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY <br />7-4-4:80-83. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br />Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kealakehe Homestead <br />Lots, North Kona, Hawaii shall be Single Family Residential — 15,000 square feet <br />(RS -15): <br />1,0T is <br />Beginning at a point at the Southeast corner of this parcel of land being the <br />Southwest corner of Lot 4, along the Northerly side of a Government Road Reserve, the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br />Station "KAILUA" (North Meridian) being 11,847.03 feet North and 4,551.21 feet East <br />and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br />1. 1050 18' 00" 136.02 feet along the Northerly side of the <br />Government Road Reserve to a <br />point; <br />2. 2010 36' 30" 267.24 feet along Lot 6 to a point; <br />3. 2520 <br />15' <br />30" <br />39.90 feet <br />along Lot 6 to a point; <br />4. 2420 <br />35' <br />34" <br />45.00 feet <br />along Lot 6 and Easement R (Part 6) <br />
