ARAKAKI: Mr. Chung. Can we have a motion to <br /> approve so we can discuss it and approve the amendment <br /> to the Committee Report? <br /> Mr. Chung moved for the adoption of <br /> Resolution 99-97, Draft 2, and to adopt <br /> Finance Committee Report 103. Seconded <br /> by Mr. Smith. <br /> CHR. ARAKAKI: Okay. Can I have a motion to approve <br /> the Committee Report, so that we have it on the record <br /> that we have approved the Committee Report? <br /> Mr. Chung moved to amend Finance <br /> Committee Report 103, as circulated <br /> (see Comm. Seconded by <br /> Mr. Smith. <br /> CHR. ARAKAKI: Do we have any discussion on the <br /> Committee report? The amendment on the Committee <br /> ReportT (There were none.) There is none? There's a motion on the floor to <br /> approve the Committee Report--as amended? <br /> CHR. ARAKAKI: No, there's a motion on the floor to <br /> approve Resolution 99-97, Draft 2, but we wanted to <br /> correct the Committee Report--- <br /> MR. TYLER• Yes. <br /> CHR. ARAKAKI: So that, you know, whatever--that <br /> reflects in the resolution is reflected in the <br /> Committee Report. <br /> MR. TYLER• Yes. <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
