SANTANGELO: I'm going to ask for a little leeway <br /> here, Mr. Chairman. i have a Draft 3 amendment, but <br /> prior to putting that Draft 3 amendment up, due to the <br /> testimony and additional information, I'd like to be <br /> able to explore, maybe, Draft 2, before, you know, and <br /> maybe Draft 3. So I'd like to ask a couple questions <br /> of the--- <br /> CHR. ARAKAKI: On Draft 2 or do you want to propose an <br /> amendment? <br /> MR.
