Exhibit A, as attached to Resolution 397-88, shall hereafter <br /> serve as an expenditure guideline in determining incremental <br /> projects for appropriations . <br /> 3 . Revenues in excess of the monthly amount projected for any <br /> increment shall be available for allotment to those circle <br /> island roadways as delineated in Schedule A as herein attached . <br /> 4 . When deemed necessary by the Chief Engineer appropriations <br /> may be applied toward the hiring of consultants for the <br /> prosecution of a particular project. <br /> 5 .
