Bonnie Thorkildsen
68-3714 Kohea Place
Waikoloa, HI 96738
(808)883-1950
On January 27"' I got the picture of the dogs that killed my cat from my other neighbor and brought it to a
friend who lives on the next street. She identified the dogs from the picture and said they live at 68-1797
Lina Poe Poe Street. She said the dogs bark all of the time and they have been aggressive to her in her own
yard. She said they are always getting loose but she is afraid to say anything to the owners. The house they
belong to is in the background of this picture.
.ate
a
e rLi' u..:..£
sp
F4
u.

A few months ago these same two dogs tried to break through my screen door. They ran into it really hard
then ran around the house chasing away my outside cats.
My neighbor caught them running loose one day and tied them to her mailbox. Two young men came by in
a black pickup truck and took them.
Another neighbor said these same dogs ran through her yard and now her cat is missing.
A friend that lives on Laie Street saw the picture and said these same dogs broke through her screen door.
This is her e-mail to me:
> Date: 1 /28/2005 7:58:26 AM
> Subject: Dogs
> Aloha,
The dogs in question were in our front yard on Fri. the 7 of Jan. 2005. I came home from the market and
saw them as I pulled into the driveway. They ran around the side to the back yard. I didn't think much of it
and began carrying groceries into the house. As I was unloading the groceries in the kitchen there was a
commotion on the screened in lanai and the sliding door into the house was open, both the door and screen
door. Our two cats that are kept inside all the time were on the lanai and came running into the house
followed by the two dogs that had broken through the screen door from the yard onto the lanai. The dogs
stopped at the sliding door when I yelled and I chased them back out the way they had come in. I checked
on the cats and did not see which direction the dogs went off. Comm.
