The condemnation and acquisition <br /> of this parcel of land are needed for the construction and development of a road intended <br /> to bypass the Mamalahoa Highway. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance adding the Coupe Condemnation project for $300,000 to <br /> the Capital Budget.
