No. A7/Bill 28 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 900 a.m. <br /> Council Chair Safarik and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo_ Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 28, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 28, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 87, dated <br /> .Ianuary 24, 2005, amends Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, the capital budget, ending June 30, 2005, by <br /> adding the following project: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Coupe Condemnation 110-399-5396.95 $300,000 <br /> Funds for these projects shall be provided from: <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund- $300.000 <br /> Fund Balance and/or other Sources <br /> Funds will be used for the acquisition of the 3348-acre parcel to complete the alignment tier the <br /> Mamalahoa Bypass Highway. <br /> On January 23. 2003, the Hawaii County Council adopted Resolution 31-03, Draft 2.litlcd "Authorising <br /> <br /> the Acquisition of Private Property by Eminent Domain, Being a Portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 8-1- <br /> 007:045_ Situate at Onouli 2 and Keopuka, Soulh Kona, County and State of Hawai' i, Ibr the <br /> Development and Construction of a Bypass f Iighway between the Vicinity of Keauhou and Captain <br /> <br /> Cook, Kona, Hawaii".
