For the benefit of the Members of the <br /> Council, please provide us with the Department of Public Works' recommendations and <br /> comments on this request. <br /> In particular, we would appreciate your identification of all of the provisions of chapter 3 for <br /> which this applicant will require a variance and your recommendations as to whether these <br /> variances should be granted by the Council.
