If so, would you please also <br /> send me a copy of that document prior to the Second Reading. <br /> As I read Chapter 34, Section 34-4 (a) "A subdivider or developer of a multiply,-family <br /> development shall, as a condition precedent to final approval of a subdivision or issuance of a <br /> building pc~utit for a multiplo family development, dedicate land by right-of--way in fee or <br /> easement for public access from a public highway or public street to the following: <br /> Public shoreline areas and the land below the shoreline.... <br /> (b) The location of public shoreline and moumain areas and existing shorcine, coastal and <br /> public mountain trails shall be determined by the director in consultation with the DLNR and <br /> county department of parks and recreation and shall be established by rule ptirsuarit to <br /> chapter 9t, HRS.
