Request for transcripts of February 16, 2005 meeting <br /> We are not able to provide you with transcripts of the February 16, 2005 Council <br /> meeting before the March 1, 2005, Council meeting. By law, minutes must be made <br /> available within 30 days after the February 16, 2005 meeting. When a draft is available, <br /> we will contact you. Please be aware that the draft may not be approved by the Council <br /> when it is transmitted to you. <br /> We recommend you view and tape this Council meeting from Channel 52, Sunday, <br /> February 27, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Captioning is provided. <br /> 2. Request for written testimony submitted at February 16, 2005 meeting <br /> The written testimony submitted at the February 16, 2005 meeting is available for pick <br /> up at 3:30 p.m. today (Friday). <br /> 3. Request for copies of DVD of all committee/council meetings on Bi11355/356 <br /> Copies of the DVD of all committee and council meetings (with the exception of the <br /> February 16. 2005 meeting) on Bill 355 and 356 are available for rental from our office. <br /> You may rent the DVDs for a refundable fee of $10 per DVD per week. You may then <br /> have the copies duplicated at a facility that handles such reproduction. When the DVDs <br /> are returned to the Clerk's Office, the deposit will be refunded to you. <br /> 4. Request for communications/memos received since the 2/16/05 meeting <br /> Copies of communications and memos received by the Council since the February 16, <br /> 2005 meeting are available for pick up at 3:30 p.m. today (Friday).
