These were done under <br /> the 90-day authority of the Hawaii County Code, Section 24-1 I and this authority ends on March 18, <br /> 2005. The loading zones were monitored and were favorably accepted by the Kailua Village Merchants <br /> Association and six delivery services. (See two attachments for their comments). We are making field <br /> changes by adding permanent "No Parking" signs and will be starting a new 90-day period, which will <br /> end on June I5, 2005. <br /> A location map is attached. <br /> We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment.
