These funds will be appropriated to the County's Healing <br /> Our Island account. <br /> Section 12 appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of <br /> $380,000, pursuant to chapter 103F, Hawaii Revised Statutes, for community adolescent <br /> drug prevention programs on the island of Hawaii. These funds will be appropriated to the <br /> County's Adolescent Drug Prevention Program account. <br /> Section 16 appropriated out of the emergency and budget reserve fund the sum of <br /> $100,000 to fund community-based substance abuse prevention programs, with priority <br /> given to drug education and awareness in the schools, community partnerships, and non- <br /> school youth activities in communities with the greatest need. These funds will be <br /> appropriated to the County's Community Anti-Drug Effort account. <br /> Section 19 appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of <br /> $50,000, to be matched with federal funds, for community anti-drug efforts aimed at <br /> preventing crystal methamphetamine use. These funds will be appropriated to the Hawaii <br /> County Resource Center Anti-Drug Fund account. '~D <br /> Comm.
