If more space is needed, use a blank sheet and attach to this form. <br /> Summary of Duties: Show <br /> Performs as a trainee in the implementation and coordination of county-wide recycling, reuse and waste reduction program <br /> Including demonstration projects and educational, promotional and informational activities; and performs other related of time <br /> duties as assigned. <br /> Examples of Duties: <br /> 1. Under close supervision and following specific instructions, assists in organizing, developing, implementing and <br /> monitoring existing and proposed recycling, reuse, and waste reduction programs, demonstration projects, and <br /> educational and promotional activities. 30% <br /> Assists in the dissemination of pertinent materials to schools, community groups and associations. Receives <br /> training and assists in conducting feasibility and system design studies through on-site investigation of facilities. 15% <br /> 3. Establishing and monitoring accounts relative to each program processing grant application forms, invoices and <br /> documentation; verifying qualifications and securing compliance agreements. l5% <br /> 4. Maintaining databases related to diversion, recycling, and reuse projects and programs; compiling and evaluating 30% <br /> data and statistics; conducting research. <br /> 5. Responding to recycling related queries from businesses, community organizations and the general public; and <br /> preparing correspondence and rt:ports.
