Clarification was later made that the final plat map must be submitted by <br /> January 29, 1994. <br /> 10. January 6, 1994: Letter from Planning Department acknowledging receipt of the <br /> December 17, 1993 Annual Progress Report and granting a three (3) year time extension <br /> for Condition 3 of Use Permit No. 71 (complete construction of golf course) until <br /> November 2, 1996. (See Exhibit E -Letter from Planning Department dated <br /> January 6, 1994) <br /> 11. March 3, 1994 -Second Revised Tentative Subdivision Approval of the Revised <br /> Preliminary Subdivision Plat was issued by Planning Director. Pursuant to Condition C, <br /> Final Subdivision Approval of the Revised Preliminary Subdivision Plat should be <br /> secured on or before March 3, 1995. (See Exhibit F -Second Revised Tentative <br /> Approval dated March 3, 1994) <br /> 12. February 28, 1995: The Planning Director grants an administrative extension of time <br /> until March 3, 1997 to secure Final Subdivision Approval in compliance with <br /> Condition C. This extension was based, in part, on amendments to Chapter 23 <br /> (Subdivision Code). Condition C of PUD No. 42 was also granted a time extension until <br /> March 3, 1997. March 21, 1995: The effective date of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 95-51, which <br /> amended Conditions B and C of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 90-160. The amended <br /> Condition B required Final Subdivision Approval for not less than 175 lots to be secured <br /> within five (5) years from the effective date of this amendment (March 21, 2000).
