REQUEST: <br /> Request transfer of $20,000 from Transfer to Sewer Fund (010.801.5801.31) to Transfer to Capital Projects <br /> Fund (010.801.5801.33). <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Ordinance No. 05-51 appropriated $20,000 of Fund Balance From Previous Year to the Transfer to Sewer <br /> Fund. The funding was intended for use in a sewer upgrade project. As explained in the attached memo, <br /> the project has changed and the funds will not be needed. Councilman Arakaki has requested that the funds <br /> • be transferred instead to the Capital Projects Fund for use in the Waiakea Uka Park restroom project.
