INSTRUCTION TO PROPOSERS <br /> 3.1 TIME SCHEDULE: The following schedule consists of major events leading up to the selection of <br /> the Contractor: <br /> 3.1.1 October 29, 2004: Date of Publication in the State of Hawaii Procurement Notice system and <br /> Hawaii Tribune Herald, West Hawaii Today and Honolulu Star Bulletin Newspapers. <br /> 3.1.2 November 22, 2004: Submit written questions or request for clarification. All answers (if any <br /> necessary) will be provided to all interested parties in the form of an addendum to these <br /> specifications by December 14, 2004. <br /> 3.1.3 December 7, 2004: Tour of Hilo site at 4:00 p.m. and pre-proposal conference at 6:00 p.m. in the <br /> County Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Attendance is not mandatory, <br /> but highly recommended. Potential proposers are encouraged to submit written questions by the <br /> November 22^d date to facilitate the conference. An addendum containing responses to previous <br /> questions and content of questions and answers provided at the conference will be issued by <br /> December 14, 2004. <br /> 3.1.4 December 21, 2004: Submit any additional written questions or requests for clarification, primarily <br /> regarding any issues remaining after the December 14~ addendum.
