• Equipment list. <br /> • Labor list, by position. <br /> • Pricing specifics, using forms provided in this RFP. <br /> 1.1 All such proposals shall be subject to this Request for Proposals, Specifications and Special <br /> Provisions, all of which are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. <br /> 1.2 The "General Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services," including exhibits of appropriate <br /> Contract and bond documents, dated July 1, 1994, shall be a part of any Contract entered into as a <br /> result of this proposal. All proposers are responsible to be familiar with these general terms and <br /> conditions, a copy of which is on file at the Purchasing Division and will be made available to any <br /> interested person upon request at no charge. Where any conflict might appear, the Special <br /> Provisions shall have precedence over the General Terms and Conditions and the Specifications of <br /> this proposal shall have precedence over either. <br /> 1.3 The "General Requirements and Covenants." including exhibits published by the Department of <br /> Public Works dated July, 1972, or the most current version, will apply to all aspects of Construction <br /> related to this project. Where any conflict might appear, the General Terms-and Conditions for <br /> Goods and Services, dated July 1, 1994, will have precedence over the General Requirements and <br /> Covenants." <br /> 1.4 Special Advisory to Offerors: All offerors should be aware that no funds are currently budgeted for <br /> this Request for Proposals and acceptance of any offer will be contingent upon receiving County <br /> Council approval and budgeting of funds in future fiscal years. Offerors should also note that <br /> proposals for waste reduction technology which total, over the life of the project, an estimated cost <br /> exceeding $100.00 per ton of material accepted and processed have little, if any, chance of being <br /> accepted. <br /> <br /> 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> 2.1 General Description - RFP's are being solicited for two separate and distinct phases which may be <br /> awarded to the same or two different offerors.
