vehicles. The only heavy vehicles using the private road are for Mr. Norrie's businesses as the
local residents have only passenger cars and light pick-up trucks.
I am requesting that as a condition of approval for the extension of the private road for the

APD, the County Council insist that:
a. The existing private road be appropriately repaired and brought to a condition equal
to a paved road without damage.
b. Any paving, repair, and/or upgrades of the private road will occur after all the grading
or construction equipment has completed the construction of the lower 7 lots but no later
than three (3) months after beginning the grading and construction of the private road
extension to the 7 lots.
B. Pig control
Mr. Norrie placed and maintained an electric pig fence below the upper lots in the past.
The fence is currently not operational. I request that the County Council insist that Mr.
Norrie refurbish and maintain the pig fence to prevent pigs from encroaching into the
upper lots for as long as any of the lower lots are owned by Christopher Norie, his
subsidiaries, or corporations in which he is a major participant.
C. Maximum number of lots to be served by the private road
To protect the property values and limit the financial liability of the existing upper lot
owners, I request that no more that 11 lots maximum (of a minimum size of 2 to 3 acres
each) to have access to or use of the private road.
