I think <br /> that we should try these at the top of the road about <br /> twenty feet in from the entry in conjunction with some <br /> very graphic signage including: Private Road, Children at <br /> Play, Speed Limit strictly enforced by residents. <br /> I look forward to your views on this matter . <br /> 3) Speed Humps: As per our letter of August 25, 1997, and <br /> Leo Flemings letter of June 3, 1997, neither Fleming, the <br /> the County, nor Seamount will assume the liability of <br /> installing speed humps at this time.
