If it is not eliminated <br /> entirely, it should at minimum be offset by similar expenditures which Waikoloa has <br /> made or committed to make. <br /> Conclusion <br /> Based upoa the foregoing objections to Paragraphs p, G, H, I and J of the <br /> Planning Cottlmission's Recommendation, we request that the County Council not adopt <br /> those recommendations.
