Should subdivision of the property be requested, total water demand for the <br /> subdivision shall not exceed 30,600 gpd. Any lot in the subdivision shall be <br /> allotted a minimum amount of 600 gpd and one }-inch meter. <br /> 3. If necessary, the existing 2-inch water meter shall be replaced with a <br /> smaller sized meter to allow separate services for separate uses or separate <br /> lots. <br /> 4. If necessary, on-site water system improvements shall be designed to deliver <br /> water at adequate pressure and volume under peak-flow and fire-flow <br /> conditions. <br /> 5. Water service for more than 30,600 gallons per day is contingent on <br /> additional source, transmission, and storage improvements. <br /> W.
