Applicant has constructed a <br /> 60' graded road to the ready-mix plant site. Applicant has also installed in the road, a 12" water <br /> line in accordance with plans approved by the Department of Water Supply and a 8" sewer line in <br /> accordance with plans approved by the L`epartment of Public Works.
