Shiigi, Deputy Corporation <br /> Counsel, indicating that he is unable to approve the contracts as to form and legality until the <br /> enclosed resolution is adopted by the Council. Although you have already signed the contracts <br /> on behalf of the council, the resolution still needs to be approved. <br /> Enclosed with the resolution are copies of the contracts. The contracts award state and <br /> federal funds to the Office of Aging to carry out its Area Plan on Aging.
