2. Items to be placed on the agenda shall be received by the chairperson no later than <br /> ten 0) working days prior to the date of the meeting. <br /> 3. The Secretary [-Treasurer] shall be responsible for thg preparation of committee <br /> reports for the documentation of official actions and recommendations to the <br /> general membership. <br /> 5. Members shall be responsible for discussion and solicitation of input from their <br /> respective councils on appropriate matters of concern." <br /> SECTION 3.
