SECTION TWELVE MODIFICATIONS <br /> This Agreement constitutes the full understanding of the parties as to the extent of their <br /> rights and obligations under the Agreement. No oral or written statements or Agreements made <br /> prior to execution of this document shall modify the terms of this Agreement.
