BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Young Men's Christian Association is providing an Agreement for Provision of Services from Act 40 <br /> Grant funds they have received from the State Department of the Attorney General. These funds will <br /> address the prevention of occurrrences or reoccurrences of domestic violence, substance abuse, and <br /> juvenile delinquency.
