At least 50% of caregivers served will report that the additional knowledge gained and quality of information accessed improved their knowledge of caregiving. 80% of clients and caregivers that accessed the Internet acknowledged the increased knowledge and understanding of their situation or are better informed about the condition of the person in their care. c.
