At least 50% of caregivers served will report that <br />the additional knowledge gained and quality of information accessed improved <br />their knowledge of caregiving. <br />80% of clients and caregivers that accessed the Internet acknowledged the <br />increased knowledge and understanding of their situation or are better <br />informed about the condition of the person in their care. <br />c. Provide community partners the opportunity to evaluate collaborative approaches <br />of which at least 20 community partners will report that they believe in <br />collaborative approaches and that collaborative ventures were successful. <br />Information not available at this time.
