No. 253-06 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> <br /> TIME: 11:05 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 253-06, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 253-06, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 209 by Director of Finance <br /> William Takaba, via Communication No. 664, dated January 26, 2006, authorizes the Office of <br /> <br /> the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawaii Department of the Transportation <br /> for a Deputy Prosecutor Training Project. <br /> The State of Hawaii Department of the Transportation's Safe Community Traffic Safety <br /> Program, derived from Federal funds, has authorized a $15,864.00 grant to the Hawaii Office of <br /> <br /> the Prosecuting Attorney.
