Brewer and <br /> Company, Limited, to Accept the Donation of Cash Proceeds and Land, in Excess <br /> of $2,010,000. <br /> <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with C. Brewer and <br /> Company, Limited, for the acceptance of cash proceeds and land as final compensation by C. <br /> Brewer and Company, Limited, to implement the Na`alehu and Pahala Wastewater Sewer <br /> Systems Project, to assist in the financing for installation of house sewer lateral connections <br /> (residential hook ups), and to release C. Brewer and Company from any and all future <br /> responsibility concerning the Na`alehu and Pahala wastewater sewer system. <br /> <br /> Corporation Counsel staff provided detailed guidance in drafting this resolution. <br /> <br /> This is a new resolution, seeking to accomplish broader goals than Resolution 108-05 (Draft 2) <br /> by increasing the amount of cash proceeds and by adding five additional parcels of land to the <br /> overall agreement.
