Applicant: Janice Oshiro. <br /> Transmitted for your consideration is a Draft 2 of Bill 219. Draft 2 of the Bill amends Condition <br /> 6 to not permit left turns from the commercial property onto Kilauea Avenue. The purpose of <br /> this measure is to preclude the hazard that occurs with turning left across high traffic volume on <br /> a two-lane street in a commercial area. <br /> Condition b of Bill 219, as amended by attached Draft 2, shall read in its entirety, as follows <br /> (new additional language underlined): <br /> 6. Access to Kilauea Avenue shall be limited to a single location, and no lett turn shal] <br /> be permitted from the commercial property on to Kilauea Avenue.
