Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be General Commercial (CG-10): <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land and along the <br /> northeasterly side of Kilauea Avenue, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred <br /> to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM", being 3,225.31 feet South and <br /> 7,301.91 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 253° 06' 30" 256.93 feet along the remainder of Grant 4777 to T. <br /> Clive Davies; <br /> 2. 340° 34' 79.12 feet along Lots 3 and 1; <br /> 3. 358° 00' 30.84 feet along the remainder of Grant 4777 to T. <br /> Clive Davies; <br /> 4. 74° 25' 76.92 feet along the remainder of Grant 4777 to T. <br /> Clive Davies; <br /> 5. 70° 45' 30" 169.75 feet along the remainder of Grant 4777 to T. <br /> Clive Davies; <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
