Higa, Chair <br /> Page 2 <br /> April 3, 2006 <br /> The 2005 grant is to purchase and acquire a Plymo Vent <br /> Sys[em that will protect our members from the cancer-causing <br /> effects of vehicle exhaust emissions generated by our apparatus, as <br /> well as to comply with the National Fire Protection Association and <br /> National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health standards for <br /> chemical hazards.
