Dear Chairman Higa: Transmitted herewith is Bill 123, Draft 2 regarding Applicant KPC Villages, LLC Change of Zone Application (REZ 04-033). Draft 2 reflects an amendment approved at the Second or Final Reading of the County Council at its meeting held at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa on March 22, 2006. The amendment deletes Condition D in its entirety and replaces it with a new Condition D.
