Section 25-8-5, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> <br /> Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Puaa la`, North Kona, <br /> Hawaii shall be Resort-Hotel (V-.75): <br /> Beginning at a found pipe in concrete on the Westerly edge of a stonewall on the <br /> Easterly side of Alii Drive, being also the Northwest corner of Lot 3-A and Road <br /> Easement, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br /> Triangulation Station "KAHELO" being 4,615.28 feet North and 1,369.05 feet West and <br /> running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> I . 160° 21' 00" 317.75 feet along the Easterly side of Alii Drive <br /> to found pipe in concrete; <br /> 2. 263° 03' 00" ] 82.81 feet along Lot 3 to a found pipe in <br /> concrete; <br /> 3. 347° 09' 00" 315.34 feet along Lot 3-A to a found pipe in <br /> concrete; <br /> 4. 84° 30' 00° 145.41 feet along Lot 3-A and a 12-feet wide <br /> road easement to the point of <br /> beginning and containing an area of <br /> 1.172 acres. <br /> -I- <br /> <br />
