The <br /> significant amendments are the effect of the July 1, 2006 conversion of the positions in the <br /> Hawai'i County band and the West Hawai'i band from exempt to civil service status. The <br /> changes include: <br /> <br /> 1. The deletion of Section 3 (D), the salaries of the members of the Hawai'i County band <br /> and the West Hawai'i band, and the subsequent renumbering of the item in Section 3. <br /> Rate of Compensation. <br /> <br /> 2. The deletion of classes of work in Section 7.05 (b) Hawai'i County Band.
