No. 802Bi11 No. 260 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:28 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 260, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 260, transmitted by Director of Finance William T. Takaba, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 802, dated Apri13, 2006, adopts a pay plan for persons employed by the County other than <br /> those whose pay is otherwise provided for, designating payroll periods, pay days, prescribing <br /> requirements with respect to official fidelity bonds, and repealing Ordinance No. OS-88 and all <br /> amendments thereto, said Ordinance to be known as the Salary Ordinance of 2006. <br /> The significant amendments are the effect of the July 1, 2006 conversion of the positions in the <br /> Hawaii County band and the West Hawaii band from exempt to civil service status.
