<br /> Waipio Park Ranger Pilot Program -County of Hawaii Depl. of Parks and Recreation <br /> <br /> Contract No. BT-06-50 <br /> ATTACHMENT2 <br /> COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br /> Notwithstanding the amount requested in the PROPOSAL or representations to <br /> <br /> the contrary, the total compensation for services to be provided by the CONTRACTOR <br /> <br /> under this Contract shall be the sum of money not to exceed SIXTY THOUSAND AND <br /> <br /> NO/100 DOLLARS ($60,000.00), tax inclusive. Payment shall be made by the STATE <br /> <br /> to the CONTRACTOR in accordance with paragraph 17 of the "General Conditions," <br /> <br /> and shall be subject to the following provisions: <br /> 1. TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20,000.00) within <br /> 30 days after the Contract is fully executed, the CONTRACTOR has <br /> received a notice to proceed from the STATE, and upon the STATE's <br /> prior receipt and approval of an original invoice for said amount; a current <br /> work plan describing tasks to be completed, including a revised timeline, <br /> if applicable; and proof of the required matching funds as specified in the <br /> approved budget made a part of this Contract and attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit B. <br /> 2. TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20,000.00) on or <br /> about August 1, 2006 and upon the STATE's prior receipt and approval of <br /> an original invoice for said amount and a written progress report <br /> describing the status of all work required under this Contract. <br /> 3. FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($15,000.00) on or <br /> about February 1, 2007 and upon the STATE's prior receipt and approval <br /> of an original invoice for said amount and a written progress report <br /> describing the status of all work required under this Contract. <br /> 4. FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,000.00) upon the <br /> STATE's prior receipt and approval of an original invoice for said <br /> amount, all required final financial and written reports, a final schedule <br /> and copy of all advertising and promotional activities, if applicable, and <br /> satisfactory completion of all services in accordance with this Contract. <br /> <br />
