<br /> (C) The salaries of the deputies of the Offices of the Corporation Counsel and the
<br /> Prosecuting Attorney shall be set pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 26 of the Hawaii County

<br /> (D) Exempt positions covered by this ordinance which have been assigned to
<br /> classifications and pay grades by the director of personnel shall be paid at excluded
<br /> managerial (EM), salary range (SR), and blue collar (BC) rates contained in appropriate
<br /> collective bargaining contracts and executive orders.
