This park is heavily used during the weekends and evenings, and the only <br /> restroom facility for park users is located in the Stanley Costales Waiakea-Uka Gym, which is not <br /> always available for public use. Past appropriations for this project have totaled $140,000; however, <br /> additional funds are needed to speed up the bidding process.
