All units are equivalent to an average of 400 gallons per day, per unit. <br /> Therefore, a total of 57 units of water is available for the proposed development with the conditions stated <br /> in our June 22, 2005, letter approving the applicant's request for a water commitment time extension. A <br /> copy is enclosed for your reference. As stated in the letter, the water commitment time extension is granted <br /> until May 31, 2006.
