We are enclosing Receipt No. 244880 for your files. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Rule 5 of the Department's Rules and Regulations, a water commitment time extension for <br /> the proposed development in the amount of 32,400 gallons per day, or 54 additional units of water at <br /> 600 gallons per day, per unit, is hereby granted until May 31, 2006. <br /> <br /> For your information, the subject property is not within the pressure service limits of the existing <br /> 12-inch waterline within Henry Street, or the 16-inch waterline within Palani Road, which are serviced <br /> from Palani Tank No. 2. Therefore, the nearest point of adequacy is at a point on the existing 12-inch <br /> waterline along Palani Road serviced from Palani Tank No. 3 with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Construct necessary off-site water improvements, which is the extension of a minimum 12-inch <br /> diameter waterline from the existing waterline along Palani Road to the property with a. <br /> connection point and distance to the property to be determined. <br /> <br /> 2.
