Note that the amount of water commitment deposit <br /> may exceed the prevailing facilities charge; for example, when requests for time extensions <br /> continue and are approved. Until the development is finally completed, these are separate and <br /> unrelated items. In the event that water commitment deposits exceed the facilities charge, no <br /> refunds are applicable. <br /> <br /> 4.
