Nakahara <br /> Tax Map Key: 6-2-9:17 <br /> The Planning Commission, after a duly held public hearing on April 21, 2006, voted to <br /> recommend for your approval the proposed legislative bills to change the State Land Use District <br /> from Agricultural to Rural and the district classification from Agricultural 5-acre (A-Sa) to <br /> Residential and Agricultural 2-acre (RA-2a) for approximately 5.9 acres of land located along the <br /> south side of Kawaihae Road (Highway 19) with access from Kanehoa Place, Kanehoa Estates <br /> Subdivision, Ouli, South Kohala, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the requests: <br /> State Land Use Boundary Amendment <br /> The applicant is requesting a State Land Use Boundary Amendment from <br /> Agricultural to Rural to subdivide the property into two lots.
