For streets and <br /> curvature, all curve data shall be based on the street centerline and, in addition <br /> to centerline dimensions, shall indicate thereon the central angle; <br /> All easements which shall be denoted by fine broken lines, cleazly identified <br /> and if already on record, its recorded reference; if any easement is not definitely <br /> located on record, a statement of such easement.
