Draft 4 is identical to Draft 3, except for this correction to the title of the bill. <br /> <br /> Drafts 3 and 4 delete the Planning Department's proposed amendments to section 23-50 <br /> of the Subdivision Code relating to "grades and curves" in its entirety.
