If this <br /> resolution passes as far as I understand, council meetings will be held <br /> in West Hawaii in even numbered months and in East Hawaii during <br /> odd numbered months. <br /> Hawaii County is simply not responsive to the needs of the people <br /> of West Hawaii. Worse yet if we complain, we get chided as complainers. <br /> As we are not being submissive to the Hilo political machine. By having <br /> more council meetings in West Hawaii, it will hopefully bridge the <br /> deepening divide splitting this island apart.
