Applicant shall provide the following to relocate <br /> the University of Hawaii operations: <br /> 1. Connectivity with the University of Hawaii 500 acre site. Applicant shall allow <br /> the University of Hawaii to connect with its wastewater and water supply systems <br /> on terms consistent with the April 16, 2004 Memorandum of Ageement, or any <br /> subsequent amendments. Applicant shall also allow the University of Hawaii to <br /> connect electrical and telecommunication systems to facilities installed within the <br /> project. <br /> 2. Build Applicant's wastewater treatment system to handle the wastewater from the <br /> initial University of Hawaii building and design the wastewater treatment system <br /> to accommodate future expansion for wastewater from future expansion of the <br /> University ofHawai`ipperations. <br /> 3. Construct an initial classroom and administration building of 20,000 square feet, <br /> with associated parking at Applicant's expense.
