A small portion of the rezoned azea was part of the Kulana Kea LLC rezoning <br /> which was reclassified from RS-15 to RA-Sa, effective February 24, 2006. The remainder of the <br /> RS-15 zoned azea is part of the Plant-Mason change of zone application. <br /> 6.
