The <br /> property is located along the north side of Hualalai Road and adjacent to the Aloha Kona <br /> Subdivision, Hienaloli 5th and 6"i, North Kona, Hawaii. <br /> <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> <br /> The applicant is requesting a time extension to Conditions B (Final Plan <br /> Approval) and C (Commence Construction) of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 90 010. <br /> The applicant purchased the property from the original landowners in February, 2005 and <br /> requests the additional time to comply with the conditions of approval. Conditions B and <br /> C state: <br /> <br /> "B. Revised Final Plan Approval shall be secured from the Planning Department <br /> within one (1) year from the effective date of this amendment.
